My co-teacher (Sarah Hsu) and I were featured on DaAi TV Evening News for a lesson plan we developed at Huludun Elementary School for our 5th and 6th grade students. Our lesson plan focused on the Syrian Refugee Crisis and ended with an activity in which students wrote letters to send to Syrian refugees via the non-profit organization in California, Operation Refugee Child (ORC).

Monthly Newsletters
Every month, Huludun Elementary School releases a school newsletter featuring recent school events along with photographs. Sometimes, I'm featured in the newsletters (see page 2 of the September and October 2016 editions)! I love these colorful publications and decided it would be fun to include them on my website.
